Coronavirus Protocols

The LA County Health Department requires that masks be wore once you enter the building and remain on during your appointment.  I will have hand sanitizer available to be used upon entering my Salon Suite.  I am also required to remind you that if you have experienced any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms 14 days prior to your appointment, you must reschedule your appointment.  

Cancellation and Reschedules (SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)

A 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be assessed a rebooking fee equaling 50% of your total service.  If you “no show” you will be assessed a rebooking fee equaling 100% of your service fee. 

Please do not wait for your reminder notification to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  I would appreciate a 3 day minimum notice so that I may try to fill your appointment slot with someone from my waiting list.

When you arrive at your appointment and decide that you no longer need all the services you are scheduled for, a fee equally 25% of the cancelled services will be assessed.

Late Arrival

I will do my best to accommodate you if you are running late for your appointment.  However when you run late, it makes it difficult for me to be on time for my clients that are on time to their appointments.  If you are running late, please respect my time and the time of my clients by calling me with an estimated time of arrival.  If I am able to complete all or a portion of your scheduled appointment, I will do whatever I can without sacrificing the integrity of your hair or the quality of my work.

Redo

When you sit in my chair, communication is a vital part of the consultation process.  If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service you have a 7 day window to contact me with your concerns.  If you have contacted me within the 7 day period, I will then require that you make an appointment within 3 days to correct any concerns. 

Refund

Retail products are only refundable if unused.  Hair services are only refundable after the “Redo” policy requirements have been met and a satisfactory resolution is not met.
